Old World Custom Homes & Renovations, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee high-end residential renovation and remodeling projects throughout Northeast Ohio. We specialize in luxury home renovations that reflect our commitment to design, quality craftsmanship, and exceptional client service.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented field manager to lead our renovation projects from demolition through final walkthroughs.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all field operations for assigned renovation projects, including scheduling, progress tracking, quality control, and managing material deliveries.
- Travel daily to job sites throughout North East Ohio(no overnight travel required).
- Act as the main point of contact for renovation clients—answering questions, reviewing jobsite progress, addressing concerns, and communicating updates.
- Meet with trade partners and subcontractors on-site to coordinate work, troubleshoot issues, ensure work aligns with plans and specifications, and confirm client selections.
- Manage job site punch lists, general cleanup, and final walkthroughs.
- Coordinate and execute final punch list and warranty work with both clients and subcontractors.
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of experience in residential remodeling or construction project management (experience in renovation projects is strongly preferred).
- Degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus, but equivalent experience is acceptable.
- Strong communication skills—comfortable interacting with clients, subcontractors, and vendors via phone, email, text, and in-person meetings.
- Tech-savvy: we use a cloud-based construction management system for scheduling, selections, change orders, and document storage.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and mobile operating systems (iPhone or Android).
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, make field decisions, and manage multiple tasks and crews simultaneously.
- Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation (truck allowance included).
