Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Content Creation:
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products, events, and special offers using tools like Klayvio and Shopify.
- Develop and implement social media strategies, create high-quality photography and graphic content, and maintain an active presence across platforms.
- Oversee website updates, ensuring all content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand objectives.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, increase sales, and expand brand awareness.
Sales & Product Promotions:
- Plan and execute seasonal promotions and "flavors of the month" campaigns for oils and vinegars, aligning them with seasonal themes.
- Analyze sales trends to identify slow-moving products and implement strategic marketing plans to boost sales.
- Design in-store signage, flyers, and promotional materials using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite to highlight products and promotions.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Lead customer engagement initiatives, such as personalized service, interactive activities, and recipe sharing, to foster loyalty and excitement around the brand.
- Create and maintain a recipe blog showcasing the versatility of products and offering inspiration for customers.
- Organize and host sampling sessions to enhance customer experiences and showcase product quality.
Team Collaboration & Leadership:
- Partner with store managers and team members to ensure smooth operations and alignment with company goals.
- Cultivate and manage vendor relationships, ensuring effective collaborations and successful promotions.
- Provide leadership and support to the team, fostering a positive and creative work environment.
Administrative & Operational Duties:
- Utilize platforms like Shopify, Klayvio, and marketing software to maintain records, analyze performance, and streamline marketing processes.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field. (Preference)
- Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing and/or retail management.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Shopify, and other digital tools for content creation and website management.
- Creativity & Innovation: A creative problem-solver with a passion for culinary arts and engaging customer experiences.
- Organization & Detail-Oriented: Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
