Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator, APG Dry Mix is responsible for supporting key marketing initiatives for two national brands at Oldcastle APG.
Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, this position will be intimately involved in supporting the development, implementation and execution of branding and marketing strategy, sales support initiatives, product development and more.
Job Responsibilities
Brand Management Support Agency Management : Coordinating with agency partners to execute key initiatives including PR, advertising, content development and more Websites and Digital Platforms : Maintenance and ongoing management of key digital properties, including web analytics, SEO, email, social media and more Tradeshows and Industry Events : Assist in the development and execution of several key industry trade events, both regional- and national-scale Product Development : Supporting our Product Management team in the management of our dry mix product portfolio Sales Support Lead Generation : Manage and report on lead generation programs in partnership with the CRM and sales teams Education Programs : Supporting Sales, Product and / or Agency teams in the development of both internal and external training programs Ad Hoc Support : Marketing is a sales support role, at its heart. This role will be called on to learn (and innovate) how to best support our sales teams across the nation Budget Management and Performance Reporting Manage marketing budget with extreme precision, including handling invoicing, tracking and reporting Tracking and reporting on key performance metrics and KPIs for all brand channels and campaigns
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a relevant adjacent field 3 years of experience in branding and marketing Agency experience and / or experience in the building and construction industry preferred, but not required Strong desire to learn, experiment with and grow marketing, branding and communications skills Excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal A dedication to organization and ability to collaborate on multiple projects with multiple stakeholders simultaneously Adept in MS Office products, especially PowerPoint Ability to travel up to 15%
