**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Representative to join our team at Oldcastle APG. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with engineering and architectural firms, municipalities, and other government agencies.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze and decipher blueprints and job specifications.
- Provide exceptional support to existing commercial contractor business by calling on architects, engineers, general contractors, and site developers to grow market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions and drive sales growth.

Requirements:

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to analyze and decipher blueprints, job specifications, and utilize REED Connect and other lead generation services.
- Ability to travel up to 50% or more, depending on business needs.
