As a key member of our manufacturing systems group, you will be responsible for supporting our MES application suite, which enables seamless communication between plants, equipment, and personnel.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide technical support to manufacturing operations to maintain and improve MES systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and enhance existing ones
- Develop and deliver training materials to ensure end-users become self-sufficient
- Travel up to 25% of the time for implementation, troubleshooting, training, and support
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Integrated Manufacturing disciplines or equivalent
* Experience with Visual c#, Java or Visual Basic; SQL queries and stored procedures
* Familiarity with Microsoft Server OS, and Microsoft Windows OS
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
