The Assistant Site Manager plays a critical role in supporting overall plant operations, ensuring all employees meet safety, quality, and productivity standards.
- Maintain a safe working environment for all employees on site
- Direct second shift plant manufacturing processes
- Assist maintenance team with preventative maintenance tasks and troubleshooting exercises
- Verify quality assurance processes throughout the shift
- Lead post-shift clean up and housekeeping projects
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and/or 3 years of experience as an assistant plant manager in a similar industry. Strong knowledge of OSHA and safety procedures is required, along with purchasing experience and ability to train and instruct employees.
