Role Summary
The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, providing leadership to a team of direct reports and ensuring strategic goal attainment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise warehouse and fulfillment team to ensure safe and efficient daily operations
- Promote a safe work environment with a goal of zero accidents
- Ensure effective utilization of resources via cross-training and prioritization of activities and staff
Requirements:
- Completion of High School and/or College
- 3 years of relevant experience in directing and/or managing warehouse operations, receiving, inventory control and/or order fulfillment
- Ability to lead, plan, and manage warehouse operations activities
