Production Coordinator
Duties:
Production
-Collect daily reports and enter daily production into system
- Maintain documentation of production activities, including reports and records
-Schedule production according to sales demands
- Monitor raw material inventory levels daily and coordinate with purchasing department to ensure materials are available for production
-Manage shipping and receiving of shared molds from other plants within company
Safety
-Oversee execution of company safety program including daily and monthly checklists
-Perform weekly safety meetings with production team.
-Lead monthly safety committee meetings
-Maintain online platform(s) for LOTO and Monthly Safety tasks.
Skills:
-Computer skills including excel and word
- Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
