Join our amazing team at our award winning property! Our busy hotel, The Olde Mill Inn seeks Front Desk Agents (full-time and part-time). Candidate must be able to work independently, have great “people skills” and handle guest’s needs with enthusiasm. Our business is comprised of dedicated and passionate people who take great pride in delivering warm and engaging experiences to all of our guests.
The Front Desk Agent position is responsible for following the Olde Mill Inn's guest arrival and departure procedures.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage online, phone and in-person room reservations
- Welcome guests, check them in, distribute room keys and explain the hotel’s amenities
- Take payment from customers
- Respond to guests’ issues and complaints in a friendly, timely manner
- Explain local amenities and attractions to guests
- Work with other staff members to ensure that all guest rooms meet hotel standards and accommodate any special client needs
- Arrange specialized services for VIP customers
- Full-time -PM Shifts 3:00 —11:30pm (Must be able to work weekends and rotating holidays)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour

Experience:
- Hotel experience: 1 year (Preferred)
