This is both a bartending and managing position 2-3 nightsa week as well floor managing two nights a week.

Duties
- Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team.
- Develop and implement innovative drink menus that align with current trends and customer preferences.
- Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships to ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor bar expenses and revenue to optimize profitability while maintaining quality standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food pairings with beverages for special events or menus.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with company standards.
Experience
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in bar management or related roles within the hospitality industry.
- Strong background in food service management, including experience in fine dining or hotel environments.
- Familiarity with shift management practices in quick service fast food restaurants or catering settings.
- Demonstrated ability to train and develop staff effectively while promoting teamwork and collaboration.
