What are the responsibilities and job description for the FULL TIME Kennel Assistant position at Oldtown Veterinary Hospital?
We are accepting applications for a FULL TIME kennel assistant position. Applicants must be available to work 5-7 shifts a week, 33-40 hours a week, rotating weekends and holidays. Must have a valid drivers license. Have at least one year of job experience in the veterinary or kennel field. Some duties for this position include feeding, medicating and walking boarders, cleaning cages and runs, keeping kennel sanitized and clean, round the clock laundry, comfortably lifting 40 lbs, occasionally assisting veterinary assistants and doctors with restraints.
