· Back up to Lead #1 Sales Support Specialist
Job Description
This position will engage in several cross functional areas to include, but not limited to:
1. Trade Spending Management: Analysis of total trade spend at division and distributor level.
2. Deduction Management Liaison: Be available to assist Yan Gao and Blacksmith Team, etc. in deduction resolution prior to / or after an Ole Sales Manager interceding. The trade management system should resolve most inquiries.
3. Foodservice Marketing: Assist the VP of Sales in Marketing projects execution, vendor POS replenishment and safety stock. Work with internal teams in building and collecting Nutritional, UPC, GTIN, Labelling, CN, logos, etc. as the Foodservice data warehouse. I.e. Document Library
4. VP of Sales Executive Assistant: Execute follow up, requests, etc. in a professional, timely and accurate manner as directed by VP of Sales on a day to day basis.
5. Samples Management (lead): Assist Foodservice sales team and brokers by creating, implementing and managing an effective samples management process.
6. Field Sales Support: As needed, case by case basis on special projects, analysis, form creation, distributor requests, operator requests, vendor requests.
7. Internal Foodservice Liaison: Establish and maintain positive working relationships with Creative Team, Logistics, QA, Brokerage Commission Team, Credit Department, Controller (COIs), Local Ole DCs, so that normal workflow, requests, etc. are handled in a professional, timely and accurate manner. In the absence of VP of Sales, you are one of several conduits to representing the foodservice team to internal customers by providing or facilitating resolution to issues, concerns and opportunities presented.

Incumbent may then have an opportunity to streamline their career into either a more focused marketing/internalized corporate position, transfer into foodservice field sales or to see other associates hired to take on the growing responsibilities. The position responsibilities are fluid and ever changing. As incremental associates are added within the foodservice team, this Lead Sales Support Position Job Description will evolve based on results and performance.
Personal Attributes/Skills:
Person needs to be detail orientated, able to manage multiple projects both internally/externally. Strong communication skills. Proficient in Excel and Word. Analytical Skills a huge benefit. Overnight travel would be very limited to a maybe a few days per year for customer visits or vendor related projects. Ability to work within cross functional teams or AR/AP/Logistics/CS teams as well as individual project management. Ability to meet time sensitive deadlines for external and internal customers a minimum. Company seeks a results orientated person.
Preference will be given to bi-lingual candidates (Spanish/English) and with those who have previous foodservice experience via distribution, manufacturing or foodservice broker sales.
Compensation: Starting Hourly Position TBD
· TBD vacation annually
· Merit Increase: Opportunity for 0% 3% pay increase annually after annual performance review. Annually thereafter. Note: Work from home will be required as needed

Required Skills:
- Proficient in Excel (learn V Lookups), PPT, Outlook, Word (learn Power BI)
- Ability to lift to 30LBS up to 20X daily if needed.
- Organized and Solid communication skills
- Bilingual is a plus (English Spanish)
