Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning and organizing the client's living space.
- Document and maintain accurate medical records and reports.
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate medical personnel.
- Follow established care plans and assist with implementing medical treatments and therapies.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Compassionate and caring nature.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information.
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures.
