Spa Room for Rent

- Room Details: 250–300 sq. ft. space ideal for spa services.
Amenities:
- No water access upstairs, but laundry facilities, water, and bathroom available on the first floor.
- Small waiting area included.
Rental Terms:
- $150/week for the first 4 weeks.
- $175/week for the next 4 weeks.
- $200/week thereafter.
- Furniture: Room is strictly for rent; additional furniture available—negotiable.
Requirements: Background and credit checks required.
