This full-time position requires weekend and evening availability. Manager/Supervisor experience is preferred but we're willing to train the right candidate, must have at least 4 years of full service restaurant experience to be considered. Basic computer and office system acumen required. Bartending and Banquet experience is a plus!

WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS AN ASSISTANT MANAGER
As an Assistant Manager at our restaurant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant and delivering exceptional customer service. You will have the opportunity to directly supervise and support our team of servers, hosts, bartenders, and buspersons in providing top-notch table service that aligns with our restaurant's service standards and specifications. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining the restaurant/bar area and equipment, enforcing company standards and procedures, and scheduling and staffing based on business needs. Your exceptional leadership skills will be crucial in motivating and maintaining a cohesive team.
