What are the responsibilities and job description for the Classified Administrative Secretary - Orange High position at Olentangy Local School District?
There is currently one Administrative Secretary position available at Olentangy Orange High School, Registrar/Counseling, for the 2025-26 school year.
Qualified candidates will support the building principal by performing receptionist duties, handle essential correspondence, report, bulletins, memos and other information pertinent to the high school principal.
Qualifications for the position include: High school diploma or equivalent and successful background check.
Internal candidates (currently employed by the Olentang Local School District) must submit an internal online application in Applicant Tracking.
External candidates (including subs, long term subs, ESCCO empoyees, and coaches) must submit an external online application in Applicant Tracking and complete an online Support Candidate Assessment. Applicants may revisit their online application at any time to make necessary additions or changes.
The online Support Candidate Assessment is sent via a link under separate email cover. On occasion, the email may end up in junk or spam mail. If so, the link will be titled “Do Not Reply” with the subject “Regarding your Olentangy Local Schools application”. Keep in mind that the assessment is a timed assessment, so please set aside approximately 45 minutes of uninterrupted time before you begin the process. Once the assessment is started, it must be completed.
