What are the responsibilities and job description for the Classified_Network Specialist I_OAO position at Olentangy Local School District?
Olentangy Local Schools has one (1) Network Specialist I position open. Technology Network Specialist will provide for the installation and maintenance of the district’s technology, including setting up and maintaining hardware, installing and supporting software, diagnosing and correcting PC problems, and providing major network administration in all buildings. This position will also install, program, maintain and repair security camera wiring and equipment and ensure work is in accordance with the district's standards and service level agreements.
Qualifications for the position include:
- Experience with network operating systems (Active Directory/LDAP/Open Directory)
- Experience with switching and routing
- Experience with database development and administration
- Experience with web development(PHP)
- Alternative to the above qualifications as the superintendent and/or board of education may find appropriate
