What are the responsibilities and job description for the SSA '25 Online Schoology Physical Education (Grades 9-12)_Olentangy Schools position at Olentangy Local School District?
There will be multiple Online (Schoology) Physical Education (Grades 9-12) position(s) available for Summer School Academy 2025 (SSA '25).
Requirements for the position include: to conduct a predominately virtual quarter-credit course in high school Physical Education beginning Monday June 2, 2025, through Friday, July 11, 2025. The position will also require organization of rosters online in preparation of orientation, facilitating a virtual student orientation session, (format is your choice) and entering of final grades by 12:00 Noon on Friday, July 18. Additional hours as required for planning, instruction, assessment, record-keeping, and communication with students and families.
Salary: $3,240
Internal candidates (currently employed by the Olentangy Local School District) must submit an internal online application in SchoolSpring.
External candidates must submit an external online application in SchoolSpring and complete an online Teacher Candidate Assessment. In addition, a letter of interest and current resume must be uploaded within the Attachments section of the application.
The online Teacher Candidate Assessment is sent via a link under separate email cover. On occasion, the email may end up in junk or spam mail. If so, the link will be titled “Do Not Reply” with the subject “Regarding your Olentangy Local Schools application”. Keep in mind that the assessment is a timed assessment, so please set aside approximately 45 minutes of uninterrupted time before you begin the process. Once the assessment is started, it must be completed
