Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Community Health Center is seeking Clinicians | Therapist (LCSWs) to join the behavioral healthcare team.
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) works directly with both the medical providers and patients of the Health Center by providing direct interventions and psychoeducation to patients referred for services. The LCSW will be embedded in Primary Care to do screening, consultation and brief assessment and BH interventions within an adult and pediatric primary care setting.
The LCSW provides behavioral health interventions through short-term, solution-focused interactions reflective of empowerment, both toward the patient and|or family, encouraging them to resume or regain management of their health and well-being.
