Key Responsibilities
- Deliver office-based, direct patient care for individuals struggling with behavioral health, opioid, and alcohol addiction at our outpatient locations.
- Serve as a medical liaison between various medical and behavioral health providers, ensuring effective collaboration.
- Work closely with the clinic physician and other staff on medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and conduct comprehensive patient medical case reviews.
- Strong clinical assessment capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of substance use disorders and their treatment methodologies.
- Experience in medication-assisted treatment (MAT).
