Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Pediatric-NP - The Pediatric Nurse Practitioner provides primary care services in a federally qualified health center that provides primary, dental and behavioral health care services.
Appointments are scheduled as well as walk-ins. Ages are generally birth to 21 years old. Target is 15 patients per 8-hour day for an experienced APRN.
Other staff include : Vice President Health Center Operations, Medical Director, Pediatrician, Medical Assistants, RNs, front desk staff, care management and behavioral health staff.
Qualifications : Licensed RN and APRN in the State of Connecticut. Active DEA and Connecticut controlled substance license. Must be Board Certified in pediatrics or family practice. Must be comfortable treating young children.
