Our unique experience is changing luxury fragrance retail, and we’re looking for an experienced Social Media & Influencer Marketing Associate to lead our content creation, brand social media accounts, and influencer relationships.
Job Overview:
We're looking for someone who lives and breathes social media, thrives on building authentic relationships with creators, and is passionate about beauty and fragrance. In this role, you will drive our social strategy and influencer marketing efforts—curating content, growing our digital footprint, and engaging communities in meaningful ways.
Responsibilities include:
Social Media (50%)
- Own daily content scheduling, publishing, and engagement across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Assist in developing and executing monthly social content calendars aligned with brand campaigns, product launches, and cultural moments
- Collaborate with retail and brand teams to create compelling visuals, captions, and stories that align with the brand voice
- Monitor social trends, platform updates, and cultural conversations to keep us relevant and inspired
- Analyze and report on social performance metrics; make recommendations based on insights to optimize engagement and growth
Influencer & Creator Partnerships (50%)
- Build and manage relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors
- Coordinate influencer campaigns—from gifting to paid partnerships—including outreach, negotiations, deliverables, and tracking performance
- Maintain and update our influencer database
- Manage local influencer coordinators based at our retail locations
- Partner with PR, Brand, and Product teams to align influencer efforts with larger marketing objectives
- Scout emerging talent and niche creators who align with our values and aesthetics
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in social media and/or influencer marketing, preferably in beauty, lifestyle, or fashion
- Strong understanding of key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest), content trends, and influencer ecosystems
- Experience managing content calendars, scheduling tools and analytics platforms
- Creative eye for visuals and storytelling with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- A passion for fragrance, beauty, culture, and community
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, or video editing tools
