Summary
We are seeking a Plasma Center Phlebotomist to join our team at Olgam Life. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the collection of plasma from donors, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process. Your work will directly contribute to saving lives and enhancing health within our community.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection of plasma from donors while ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Perform blood sampling and phlebotomy procedures following aseptic techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of donor information and plasma collection processes.
- Provide excellent patient service by addressing donor questions and concerns.
- Ensure compliance with all laboratory procedures and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support donor health and well-being.
- Utilize advanced technology to facilitate efficient plasma collection.
Requirements
- Experience in a clinical laboratory or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and procedures related to blood sampling.
- Excellent patient care skills with a focus on donor comfort and service.
- Ability to perform phlebotomy with precision and care.
- Familiarity with anatomy knowledge is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with donors and team members.
Hours are from : 5:30 am to 9:00 pm
Days off: Saturday and 1 other weekday
