To be successful as a Strategic Financial Analyst at OLI, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in strategic finance, business operations, business valuation, consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a related field.
• In-depth exposure to building and maintaining 3-statement financial and valuation models.
• Understanding of the principles of budgeting, forecasting, and managerial reporting.
• Strong data visualization skills (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
If you have any of the following additional qualifications, it would be a plus:
• Progress toward a CFA or CPA.
• Experience at a high-growth SaaS business.
• Familiarity with financial ERP software (Microsoft Dynamics or similar).
