Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restoration services, including water damage restoration, mold remediation, and fire restoration. This role involves working on-site to assess damage, implement restoration processes, and ensure that properties are returned to their pre-loss condition. The Restoration Technician will utilize various hand and power tools while adhering to safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate the extent of damage in residential and commercial properties.
- Perform water damage restoration, including extraction, drying, and dehumidification processes.
- Conduct mold remediation following industry standards and safety guidelines.
- Execute fire restoration tasks to clean and restore affected areas.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various restoration tasks.
- Follow proper procedures for asbestos abatement when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the restoration process.
- Communicate with clients regarding the progress of restoration work and any additional services required.
- Document all work performed and materials used for reporting purposes.
Skills
