Focus: The IT Project Manager provides management and oversight for IT projects as a part of the IT Strategy and Portfolio Management (ITSP) team. This role requires expertise in project management, risk/issue management, resource management, project financial tracking, stakeholder and business engagement, and strategic thinking. This role will also be accountable for supporting project delivery activities across the IT Portfolio such as helping to ensure all projects follow Olin’s project management methodology.

EPMO IT Project Manager Essential Job Functions:
- Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports; conduct risk analysis and monitor the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets
- Responsible for delivery quality from original concept through final implementation
- Ensure project deliverables are on time and on budget while meeting stakeholder expectations
- Proactively evaluate and manage Project risks, and escalate issues as appropriate to minimize delays and disruption
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency of EPMO-related work to drive value for Olin
- Bachelor's Degree* in Business, Communications, or IT
- Minimum of 5 years of IT project management experience
- Excellent organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Experience managing IT Software and Infrastructure projects; PMP (project Management Professional) or similar certification preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products; Experience using MS Project, PPM platform tools, or similar tools preferred
- Prior Olin experience in a relevant position preferred
