Title : Human Resources Intern 2025

Location : Cleveland, TN

Additional Locations Include : Houston, TX Housing Stipend Available

This position is 100% onsite at one of our Olin locations listed above.

Examples of Daily Activities :

• Supports Hiring Managers and Human Resources Business Partners through the full recruitment cycle from intake meeting to onboarding, performance management process, talent review processes, organizational capability evaluation, and development planning.
• Uses the applicant tracking system, Taleo Business Edition, for requisition and candidate management per internal guidelines, human resources records management, and the learning management system for training
• Routine responsibilities include scheduling interviews, meeting with HR Business Partner and Hiring Managers, extracting and building HR key metrics and reporting, cycling documentation for appropriate retention.
• Partners with Talent Acquisition and Compliance team and ensures compliance with established work processes

Requirements :

Must be enrolled in a local college or university and within a reasonable commute of an Olin worksite if working part-time while completing courses; OR
