- Leverage expertise in reliability-centered maintenance, mechanical integrity, quality systems, PSM, and OSHA regulations to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote a culture of safety and accountability throughout the maintenance organization, fostering open communication and collaboration.
- Build and lead high-performing teams, providing guidance and development opportunities to ensure employees are equipped to succeed.
