**Job Description**
As a key member of the Olin team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to optimize all aspects of the maintenance organization and support business objectives.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive site-level strategy to enhance production capabilities while ensuring safe and cost-effective execution of maintenance activities.
- Maximize the effectiveness of work processes for daily maintenance and planned outages, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and implementing solutions.
- Partner with operations to ensure effective planning and execution of long-term maintenance outages, aligning with business objectives.
- Lead talent planning and workforce development, including designing an optimized organizational structure to meet changing needs.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; Mechanical Engineering degree preferred.
- 10 years of relevant experience in the chemical manufacturing industry, leading maintenance and/or reliability programs and managing direct reports.
- 10 years supervisory experience in Maintenance or Operations.
- Expertise in cost reduction, strategic planning, and developing viable solutions for chronic and complex maintenance and process problems.
- Fully proficient in use of SAP systems and possess excellent written and presentation skills.
