The Project Engineering Manager will oversee a varied team of project engineers responsible for developing and implementing the manufacturing process for the Army's Next Generation Squad Weapon Ammunition that is currently being manufactured at Lake City.
This position offers extensive exposure throughout the facility as the team focuses on implementing new manufacturing methods across all stages of the process, including both energetic and non-energetic areas.
Project Engineering Manager Essential Job Functions :
- Manages performance and professional development of direct report employees.
- Collaborates with other functional areas and customers to implement practical solutions to problems as they arise.
- Acts as a company / customer interface and balances the interests of the customer with Olin Winchester stakeholders.
