- Develop and execute a strategic plan to improve maintenance performance, focusing on cost reduction, efficiency gains, and reliability enhancements.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement initiatives, allocating resources effectively to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure effective planning and execution of long-term maintenance outages, aligning with business objectives.
- Foster a culture of safety and accountability throughout the maintenance organization, promoting open communication and collaboration.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; Mechanical Engineering degree preferred.
- 10 years of relevant experience in the chemical manufacturing industry, leading maintenance and/or reliability programs and managing direct reports.
- 10 years supervisory experience in Maintenance or Operations.
- Expertise in cost reduction, strategic planning, and developing viable solutions for chronic and complex maintenance and process problems.
- Fully proficient in use of SAP systems and possess excellent written and presentation skills.
