Salary: $112,500 - $149,000

Focus: The Site RegulatoryCompliance Lead will support Olin's compliance with Federal, State, and internal requirements relating to environmental data management and reporting for the Freeport Site. This role is responsible for the coordination and completion of site-wide reporting including SARA (Tier II, TRI, Pollution Prevention, RMP (Risk Management Plan), DEA, GHG, PCLA, SWPP and Sustainability).

Site Regulatory Compliance Lead Essential Job Functions:

• Work with others in Site EH&S and facility personnel to capture waste and emissions data annually and to investigate significant increases and decreases in waste and emissions
• Work with multiple vendors and stakeholders to coordinate the collection of all annual environmental reporting data inputs, upload for calculation and extract final reporting data for submittal to the Regulatory agencies
• Responsible for RMP (Risk Management Plan) coordination, including maintaining applicability workbooks, determining worst case and alternate case scenarios, performing off-site consequence analysis, coordinating submittal of RMP to agency and local ESS entities, as well as updating RMP periodically for triggering events
• Coordinate Water data collection for Freeport site including annual Water Development Board survey and submittal of any SWPP (Storm Water Pollution Prevention) plans
• Lead implementation efforts (project management) for Environmental related activities at the Freeport site – new or upgraded environmental software and working with team to on regulatory change projects
  
  

Site Regulatory Compliance Lead Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree* in a technical discipline; Chemistry, Engineering, Computer Science preferred
• Minimum of 5 years regulatory compliance experience; 8 years regulatory compliance experience preferred; EH&S experience preferred
• Basic understanding of chemistry and material balances
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Knowledge of the Federal Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA), also known as the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act (SARA) and SARA 311, 312, and 313 preferred
• Prior Olin experience in a relevant position preferred
• Must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) and possess a valid US Driver's license
