Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Knox, IN
Salary: $52,500 to 53,820
Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday

Focus: This role will provide administrative support to the White Flyer operations.
Administrative Assistant Essential Functions:
- Enters and confirms customer orders.
- Prepares invoices and shipping documents.
- Coordinates and schedules incoming/outgoing shipments.
- Responds to customer's inquiries and questions.
- Coordinates hourly training and reviews timecards as needed.
- Works with HR to ensure processes are followed.
- Reconciles invoices and submits to AP for payment.
- Maintains and orders office supplies and raw materials.
- This position is located at the Knox, IN facility. The individual will serve as a vacation breaker for other White Flyer sites (remotely from the Knox, IN facility).
Administrative Assistant Position Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one year of administrative support experience. Experience within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in Word and Excel; SAP and Kronos experience preferred.
- Must possess excellent communication (verbal and written), customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume workload, shift demands, work independently, and willingness to be collaborative and support team efforts.
- Some travel required.
Location-Specific Requirements:
- This position requires access to ITAR controlled technical data, and as such, employment will be contingent upon the candidate's ability to access ITAR controlled technical data pursuant to an export license approved by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, if required.
