Key Responsibilities :
- Assist on job sites and provide support to project teams, working closely with Project Managers and Superintendents.
- Walk job sites with Project Managers and Superintendents to monitor progress, safety, and quality, ensuring safety standards are consistently met.
- Assist in estimating materials costs, labor costs, and other costs associated with the project.
- Assist the construction team in managing, processing, and tracking submittals, RFIs, Change Order Requests (CORs), pricing change orders (COs), subcontracts, and logs.
- Help manage the project permit process.
- Review the document control process by distributing electronic and paper plans, reviewing and approving shop drawings and submittals, specifications, drawings, permits, etc., to appropriate parties, and maintaining the drawing revision logs.
- Monitor, measure, inspect, and report scope on work completed in the field.
- Support coordination and communication across active projects.
