Position Summary:
The Building & Grounds Maintenance Assistant plays a critical role in the daily maintenance of the golf course. The position is responsible for maintaining the quality and cleanliness of the buildings and the grounds. This position will coordinate daily with the Superintendent to provide golfers an exceptionally maintained and clean course every day. Work would include operating heavy equipment and chain saws, plowing snow, cutting trees, maintaining equipment, and general building and grounds maintenance. The qualified candidate will be an integral team-player and will consistently advance the wellbeing of Lake Arrowhead, OGM, and the entire team. This candidate must possess a positive attitude as well as being extremely hard working, organized, attentive to detail, and motivated.
Salary: Annual base salary $40-50k DOE
Date Available: May 1st, 2025
Job Type: Full-Time, year-round
Educational Requirements:
Education in golf course maintenance, tree cutting, buildings and grounds maintenance, or related is preferred as well as use and safety training of required equipment.
Experience Requirements:
Must have chain saw operating experience. Experience using other equipment such as snowplow, end loader, dump truck, and skid steer is highly preferred.
Special Requirements: Ability to safely use and operate heavy equipment.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
