Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce and enhancing employee engagement. This position involves overseeing various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational design, recruitment, hiring, compensation, benefits, training, payroll and for insuring corporation-wide compliance with EEO, ADA, FMLA, OSHA, and other governmental regulations. The Human Resources Manager will ensure that our HR practices align with the company’s goals and foster a positive work environment.
Duties
- Lead the employee orientation process to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture.
- Manage human resources management functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Utilize HR software systems for employee data management.
- Assumes responsibility for the planning, development, and implementation of effective human resource strategies and policies.
- Foster strong employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a collaborative workplace.
- Effectively supervises Human Resource personnel, ensuring optimal performance.
- Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication and coordination with Company personnel and management.
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining effective communication and coordination with Company personnel and management.
- Assumes responsibility for maintaining professional working relations with human resources organizations, vendors, and suppliers.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.
- Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources management or a related field is required with three to five years of progressive experience and supervisory experience required.
- Familiarity with HR systems and payroll; SAP experience is preferred.
- Understanding of compensation and benefits policies and programs, employee relations practices, and recruitment techniques.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution is essential.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
