Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with customers, and ensuring a memorable experience for all patrons.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and managing inventory.
• Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink offerings.
• Process cash and credit transactions accurately using the cash register.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure timely service during busy periods.
• Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and assist in maintaining a safe environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bartender
• Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage trends.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with food handling practices is preferred.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
