Oliva Torras USA is recruiting for an Accounting Administrator.

A successful candidate requires professionalism, great attitude, good communication skills and outstanding customer service accompanying full understanding of the accounting cycle and basic accounting functions.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Daily customer billing
• Cash receipts application
• Daily bank deposits
• Accounts Receivable activities to include (but not limited to) statement printing and collection of past due accounts. Tracking and follow up of collection conversations.
• Accounts Payable activities to include (but not limited to) invoice data entry, document matching with PO’s, disbursements and filing
• Document collection; W9’s and ACH agreements
• Documentation maintenance/filing
• Collection of payroll time and attendance, missed punches, time off requests for submission to payroll processing
• General office duties as assigned
• Special projects

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Proficiency in accounting software applications and accounting theory
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
• Exceptional verbal, written and communication skills
• Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and with teams
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check
• Ten key by touch
• Type by touch (no time for “keyboarding”) must be able to type without looking at the keys so data entry is efficient.
