The Role
At Olive Ave, we are in an exciting time of growth and looking to expand our team with the additional of a Full-Stack developer. Our online storefront is central to our business and is instrumental in providing a seamless and superior experience for our customers. We are seeking a skilled and passionate developer to join our small team. You will play an important role in enhancing our e-commerce storefront and backend fulfillment systems. This position requires an in-depth understanding of both client and server-side technologies, with a focus on moving fast and creating efficient and stable solutions in order to improve our operations capabilities and the overall experience of our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Help design, plan, and execute projects that directly enhance our customer experiences online
- Design and implement solutions to improve the performance of the storefront
- Collaborate on projects that enhance our operational efficiencies via our backend software systems
- Work with cross-functional teams to define solutions for internal and external facing challenges
- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core software of the business
Qualifications
- Proficient in front-end technologies including React, Typescript, and a solid understanding of the web ecosystem
- Experience with C# and .NET platform
- Experience working with relational databases systems and ORMs (SQL Server / EF)
- Strong experience interacting with and building web services with REST and GraphQL interfaces
- Excellent critical thinking skills and problem-solving ability
- BS Degree in Computer Science/Related field or equivalent experience
