Olive Bark LLC, a locally owned and managed Multi-Family Housing Management company in Colorado Springs, is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Assistant Manager to join our fabulous team. This is a FULL-TIME position working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, with occasional Saturdays in south Colorado Springs at a Class C Property.
The Leasing Assistant Manager supports and assists the Community Manager in overseeing all operational facets of the community by collecting rent fees and other payments, and using the property management software to document, record, track and report all maintenance and management workings of the community.

Duties Include:
·Participate in leasing and marketing of the community to maximize occupancy.
·Greet prospective residents when they arrive and introduce them to the types of units available as well as the property’s amenities. Tour apartments with potential residents.
·Qualify potential residents by determining their need(s) and eligibility.
·Ensure leases with new and renewing residents have been executed.
·Respond to residents’ questions and complaints in a timely manner.
·Assist the Community Manager in directing the maintenance and custodial staff at the property.
·Schedule and oversee maintenance calls to apartment units.
·Assist in the Community Manager’s responsibility to reduce delinquency.
Qualifications
·Bilingual English/Spanish, required.
·2 years’ experience in sales/leasing, preferred.
·Excellent communication and time management skills.
·Demonstrated ability to read, write and communicate effectively to comprehend and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer questions about the community’s operation.
·Demonstrated proficiency in Internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs to complete required reports and resident communications.
·Demonstrated mathematical skills necessary to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, decimals, and fractions.
·Employment history that demonstrates the application of sales/marketing. Customer service background sufficient to assist in managing the day-to-day operation of an apartment community, resolve customer complaints and issues, develop documents and reports, increase sales revenues, assist in reducing delinquency, and coordinate the work of a team.
We offer a competitive compensation package with a base salary of $4,120/month plus commission.
