What are the responsibilities and job description for the Daycare Assistant, afternoons position at Olive Branch Day Care?
Do you like children and want a job that balances with other schedules well? We are accepting applications for weekday positions, 12-6p.m., in our year-round program. The environment is positive and afternoon hours allow for good work-life balance; on-site training and some paid time off are also included.
The position may include work in all age groups from infant through pre-k classes. Keeping children's schedules, classroom cleaning, caring for children's needs like diapering, playing, leading crafts, reading stories, etc. would be included in daily duties. Previous experience with children is preferred but not required. Employees must be 18 years or older, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and pass a TB test and state fingerprinting.
