What are the responsibilities and job description for the Support Specialist - Level II position at Olive Branch Support Services, LLC?
Each case you are assigned will be within a 30-mile radius of your home. Each week, you will be providing an in-home visit. Each visit will encompass approximately 2-hours. You will have overall goals to achieve each visit based on an initial intake. These goals will need to have compensatory strategies applied to support the individual's performance of daily activities and living independently. You need to be able to take a large task and break it down into manageable pieces. You will be addressing the household management and / or life skill needs of each person served. No manual labor or ADL's.Your caseload will depend on your availability. It can be anywhere from 2 cases to 8 cases.
