Branding-Laser Associate

Job purpose

To serve as a dedicated team member in the laser branding process and across production tasks. This role supports efficient picking, branding, and shipping operations to ensure quality output, streamlined workflow, and high customer satisfaction.

Duties and responsibilities

• Monitoring equipment operation and adjusting as needed.
• Able to complete job orders in a manner which meets or exceeds time standards
• Troubleshooting various types of production equipment
• Hands-on experience with print production
• Perform quality control, follow reporting and record keeping procedures, and report problems to supervisor.
• Follow all safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of web development systems (e.g., Microsoft 365)
• Basic computer and math skills
• Maintain a positive, professional, and helpful attitude.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Acute attention to detail.
• Ability to perform under pressure.
• Ability to work well on a team but be self-motivated and independent at times.
• Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time.

Working Conditions

This position operates in a warehouse environment. The employee is subject to moderate noise from equipment.

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is constantly standing and walking; frequently lifting, reaching, pushing, and pulling. The employee is required occasionally to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The employee is required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
