What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Media Coordinator position at Olive & Cocoa?

We are currently looking for a Social Media Coordinator. In this role, you will achieve growth and sales goals by developing a social calendar, driving sweepstakes and giveaways, hitting engagement KPIs, and managing paid advertising, and social budgets.
- Collaborate with the email and marketing team to build a social calendar that aligns with each month's overarching message and events.
- Increase Olive & Cocoa’s followers by hitting engagement metrics, collaborating with influencers and content creators, running giveaways, and highlighting the brand.
- Create all social posts and ads from internal content or creating content from scratch.
- Manage a social media budget dedicated to content creation, product giveaways, influencer partnerships, and paid advertising.
- Work within brand guidelines to ensure all aspects of our social program represent Olive & Cocoa and maintains our brand standards.
- Contribute to a team atmosphere and help when and where needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or 3 years experience with demonstrated growth.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Organized with an acute attention to detail.
- Have a proven track record in achieving goals and KPIs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ideal candidate has some experience in creating social content.

Pay: $49,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
