What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilitator position at Olive Crest?

We work tirelessly to meet the individual needs of kids in crisis by providing safe homes, counseling, and education for both youth and parents throughout Southern California, Nevada and the Pacific Northwest.

Wraparound Facilitator: The Wraparound Facilitator can see first hand how their skill set is impacting the life, family, and home of the children we serve. Many feel called to the Wraparound process for it's rewarding work and instant impact one can make with children and families. The Facilitator, under the guidance of the Program Supervisor and functioning as a member of an assigned team, provides service coordination and implementation for each assigned client. The Facilitator is responsible for facilitating the implementation of the four step Child and Family Team Process, identifying family strengths, underlying needs, and past traumatic experiences in planning as well as utilizing appropriate strategies and trauma informed interventions to assist families heal and achieve their goals.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.

Pay: $26.00 - $27.00 per hour
