OVERVIEW
We are seeking Youth Partners to supervise teenage girls in a residential program. This includes modeling healthy relationships, teaching the girls to set healthy boundaries, and teach independent living skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise, protect and care for children individually and in groups, according to standards set forth by Community Care Licensing.
- Maintain a safe, clean environment.
- Perform required quality assurance checks and document accurately and timely.
- Assist each youth in working with a group and in handling individual problems.
- Teach youths independent living skills such as food preparation, house cleaning, laundering and yard work
- Ensure proper medical attention for clients.
- Provide guidance to assist clients’ in meeting their individual therapeutic goals.
- Transport youth and escort them to designated appointments and activities.
- Provide clients with access and freedom of choice to attend religious services.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have a California Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Must have 3 years of history as a licensed driver.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must receive and maintain a criminal record clearance as determined by California’s Caregiver Background Check Bureau.
- Must have the ability to remain awake and alert for the duration of your shift.

B Shift- 36 hours
- Wednesday- 9 am to 12 pm (Staff Meeting)
- Thursday- 2 pm to 11 pm
- Friday- 1 pm to 10 pm
- Saturday- 7 am to 10 pm
- Off: Sunday - Tuesday
