What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parent Partner position at Olive Crest?
Olive Crest is a national leader in the Prevention, Treatment and Education of child abuse. We have been serving children and their families throughout Southern California, Washington and Nevada for nearly 50 years. Currently we are hiring for the following position at our location in Riverside.

PARENT PARTNER - FT/40 hrs per week. Provide guidance and support to families or caregivers in a variety of environments. This position will also frequently work independently in the family's home and in a variety of community and/or treatment settings. Serves as a liaison for parent involvement and co-facilitates parent support. MUST have previous relevant experience advocating for at-risk children/and or children with special needs, such as being the parent of or close family member of a child with special needs. Bilingual in Spanish required.
Must also be a team player who is flexible, dependable and has good organizational and communications skills. This position also requires the ability to pass a criminal background clearance and also requires a valid CDL with a good driving record, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation.
