Our STRTP clients have successfully transitioned into lower levels of care due to the care and support of our direct care staff.
We are seeking to hire a STRTP Facility Administrator who will be the administrator over two homes of the facility. This role works in unison with the Head of Service and the interdisciplinary team towards the implementation of the overall mental health treatment program and effective service delivery. This position provides oversight of all components of their respective homes, including but not limited to adherence with the program statement and plan of operation, licensing regulations, and accreditation standards. This role entails daily monitoring of critical operational elements including youth behavior and satisfaction, potential crisis, and risk management. Qualified candidates MUST possess either 1) a Master’s degree in a behavioral science, plus two years of employment as a social worker or 2) a bachelor’s degree, plus at least three years administrative experience or supervisory experience over social work, direct care staff providing direct services to children in an agency with a licensed capacity of six or more. MUST currently possess an active STRTP administrator certificate .
