Overview
Wraparound is a home-based services program designed to help families at risk overcome obstacles and remain united. This role is responsible for providing guidance and support to families or caregivers in a variety of environments. This position works independently in the family’s home and in a variety of community and/or treatment settings. Serve as a liaison for parent involvement. Co-facilitate parent support group.
***Base rate for this position will increase upon the completion of the Medical Peer Support Specialist Certificate***
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide support services and direct assistance to families as needed.
- Work closely with the family, facilitator, family specialists and collateral professionals to provide support for the parents.
- Provide peer support and serve as a role model and advocate for children/families in the wraparound process.
- Build on the strengths of the individual clients.
- Assist in the ongoing development and evaluation of service delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Medical Peer Support Specialist certification is preferred;
- Possess the ability to work in a treatment team, be flexible, dependable and have good communications skills, both verbal and written.

- Criminal background clearance.
- Ability to spend significant time driving to and from meetings and client homes.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $21.50 per hour
