Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development (15%)
- Develop and maintain the annual brand calendar (yearly, quarterly, monthly, weekly).
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Digital Communications (50%)
- Social Media:
- Optimize and manage existing accounts (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram).
- Create content calendars and craft engaging posts.
- Produce high-quality visual and written content for social media.
- Monitor conversations, manage messages, and oversee influencer partnerships (current and new).
- Email Marketing:
- Plan and execute a monthly all-brand newsletter.
- Develop weekly location-specific emails.
- Coordinate promotional and holiday campaigns.
- Website Management:
- Update menus, location information, events calendars, and visual assets.
- Maintain and expand the “In the News” and blog sections.
- Digital Advertising:
- Implement and manage campaigns across META platforms and Google Ads.
- Optimize Google Business profiles.
- Optimize Online business listings and profiles
- Brand Asset Production (5%)
- Design and manage the creation of promotional materials, including flyers, signage, and advertisements.
- Develop content for digital campaigns, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and brand identity.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and photographers to produce visually compelling assets.
- Maintain and manage an inventory of marketing materials for use across locations and campaigns.
- Public Relations & Reputation Management (15%)
- Manage relationships with PR agencies.
- Monitor and respond to reviews across platforms (Yelp, Google, direct email, etc.).
- Event Support & Community Engagement (5%)
- Collaborate with the Events Manager to support key events.
- Represent the brand at in-store and community events (e.g., Denver Food & Wine).
- Capture and share content to amplify community involvement.
- Manage and grow community partnerships, and company board memberships identifying new opportunities for engagement.
- Owner Marketing Support (10%)
- Provide marketing-specific support for owner-led initiatives and priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital and social media.
- Proven experience in creating and managing brand assets, promotional materials, and social media content.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Experience with content creation, email marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of digital advertising (META, Google Ads) and website management.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills.
- Passion for food, hospitality, and community engagement is a plus.
